The "Indian Wrapper" on Tootsie Pop, featuring a Native American child shooting a star with a bow and arrow, is an urban legend that the wrapper can be redeemed for a free Tootsie Pop. While the rumor circulated for years, Tootsie Roll Industries never had a redemption program for these wrappers.
